Join us for a weekend of fellowship, growth, and aligning our hearts with God's guidance!

Date: April 19th (Friday) evening to April 21st (Sunday) noon, 2024

Location: Camp Bethel, 328 Bethel Rd, Fincastle, VA 24090

Friday Schedule:

• 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Registration and Ice Breaker Games
• 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Welcome Dinner
• 7:00 PM - 7:15 PM: Opening Message: Session I on Mission & Evangelism
• 7:15 PM - 8:30 PM: Ice Breaker Games Continue
• 8:30 PM - 9:00 PM: Evening Worship and Reflection

Saturday Schedule:

• 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Breakfast and Devotion + Prayer Time
• 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM: Session II on Mission & Evangelism
• 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch
• 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM: Outdoor Activities
  • 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Group Games
  • 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Low Ropes Course
• 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Dinner
• 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM: Group Discussion and Reflection

Sunday Schedule:

• 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Breakfast and Devotion + Prayer Time
• 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Worship Service, Session III on Mission & Evangelism
• 12:30 PM: Pack-up and Check-out

Registration Information:

• Cost: $47 per person (Already 50% covered by church)
  • Financial Assistance Available: We are committed to making the retreat accessible. If you need financial assistance, contact us at office@oic-church.com or simply let your Small Group Leader know. We can offer up to 100% coverage.
  • Day Camp Plan: Opt for our Day Camp Choice, where attendees are not required to stay overnight. There will be no charges for accommodation. Meal fees will be collected at a later time. Please make sure to sign up and inform us of your decision.
