The Potluck & Event Preparation team is in charge of setting up tables, chairs, etc for the monthly potluck as well as other irregular events. The PEP team also assists in the post-event cleanup which includes cleaning off the tables and packing up the tables and chairs. This team is important because it ensures that OIC has well-ordered events that contribute to the bonding community of OIC’s members. The PEP team is looking for people who are seeking to help create memorable experiences for OIC’s community.
